A&D Cellular Enabled Blood Pressure Monitor
Q: Nothing appears in the display, even when the power is turned on.
A. Check batteries are in the correct position. Ensure the negative and positive ends match those on the battery compartment.
B. Batteries may be depleted. Replace all batteries with new ones.
Q. The cuff does not inflate.
A. Battery voltage may be too low. (LOW BATTERY mark) blinks. Replace batteries.
Q. The device does not measure. Readings are too high or too low.
A. Ensure cuff is applied correctly.
B. You moved your arm or body during measurement. Make sure you remain still and quiet during measurement.
C. The cuff position is not correct. Sit comfortably and still. Place your arm on a table with your palm facing upward and the cuff at the same level as your heart.
Q. The device won't connect to cellular network.
A. Move closer to a window or an area with a stronger network connection. Wait and take another measurement.
B. Check to see if device is in airplane mode and turn off.
C. If it appears repeatedly, please contact CareTalk Health.
Q. Measurements are not transmitting
A. Move closer to a window or an area with a stronger network connection. Wait and take another measurement.
B. Check to see if device is in mode and turn off.
C. If it appears repeatedly, please contact CareTalk Health.
Q. I just put in the batteries and my monitor is blinking, but it won't take a reading.
A: Once the batteries are inserted, it may take several minutes for the monitor to connect with the cellular network to set the clock. The length of time will depend on the network strength in your area. Do not power off.
A&D Cellular Enabled Weight Scale
Q: The measurement results are different from the expected values.
A. Place the scale on a solid level surface.
B. Remove any foreign objects that might be touching the bottom of the scale.
Q. I am seeing an error code E-10 or E-11.
A. Remove and reinstall the batteries.
Q. I am seeing an E, E-0, or Err code on the screen.
A. Measurement exceeds maximum capacity of 450lbs.
Q. The device won't connect to cellular network.
A. Move closer to a window or an area with a stronger network connection. Wait and take another measurement.
B. Check to see if device is in airplane mode and turn off.
C. If it appears repeatedly, please contact CareTalk Health.
